I am in for a meetup. How do we plan it?

Last year we all met in the foyer. It was so great to see everyone's faces. We wore name tags and chatted the day away. It was a lot of fun. I'm hoping to show one bird (it'll be my very first time, and I'm not even sure shes a good one, lol)

Not showing - just looking, maybe (probably) buying.

My family will be staying the whole weekend, coop in Friday night, plus my girls are doing youth showmanship. My daughter is entering her bantam buff brahma.
