Nice picture of the gosling! He is HUGE! - I have the first duckling who tries to escape. They are tall enough now to look over the rim of the pool.

Those goslings are adorable and they must have grow tone in their yolk sac because they sure do grow fast

My black Swedish has already been free ranging in the bedroom. She was the smallest ducking and is now the biggest.

Update on Forest: Her leg is getting better and i had to rescue her only twice today, once she got stuck in the Apple Cider Bottle because the Green White Layer ran into her and stuffed her into the hole up to her tiny wings. Here are two pictures of her with the hobble:

She is so p*ssed about me because i dragged her out of the MHC, but she was the last one for the scale and i was waiting for her to come out…

Some swim therapy would probably help her exercise her leg. A small container of warm (very important)water just deep enough for her to not quite touch the bottom. You can put Epsom salts in the water too, if you'd like as long as she doesn't drink it.

The crested Buff just went walkabout. I need to operate on my brooder. They want out, then scream bloody murder to get back in.

Yes or give up on the brooder and just let them free range in the bedroom and clean poop several times a day.
