2019 Spring Ducklings are here!

@WVduckchick Please tell your friends i bow and pull of my hat! Absolutely astounding job!
I feel so happy that "little" Daisy is doing so well! :hugs:wee:love
She would not have had a chance staying with her rough-neck sisters in one brooder.
I hope she will thank her awesome parents with an endless supply of fresh eggs, they deserve each and every one!
:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

They love her to pieces. And she said to thank you again.

She still doesn’t really have a buddy yet, and I watched her mostly just swim around by herself, but none of the other ducks picked on her and she looks very happy and healthy! I’m sure someone will buddy up with her soon.

Oh NO! I only meant it good!

I think i know what is going on with my duckies: I wanted to do something good for them and fed them Alfalfa sprouts. If you search in google for "Alfalfa hormones" you find several sources that state:
»Alfalfa plants also contain phytoestrogens, which act like some human hormones.«
(https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/alfalfa open the "how-it works" section)
»Alfalfa contains substances such as isoflavones and coumestans, which bind to estrogen receptors in the body.«

I am devastated now! What have i done to my ducklings!! :barnie:th
