I know those estimates!
Would the other side of your property be large enough to sell as a separate parcel? Maybe in some time there will be somebody who wants to develop a strip-mall along that road.
My colleague from Idaho in the end received subsidiaries from the state to build a cattle-bridge over that freeway, but still had to cough up a bucket of gold and fine gems…

Thank you. Two look very KC in color but one of those has a yellow patch on the throat. Two are mostly light yellow and one is in between. There are all starting to get butt feathers. This is much earlier than I remember the ones in the fall doing.

Two to Magnolia and three to Navasota. I believe the lady in Navasota has learned a lot since they lost King and will take proper care of them. They renamed Curly to Aflac . They took a Muscovy from her mom and that helped Curly a lot. Before that, Curlys best friend was a donkey after King went away.

So glad when we were at TSC Sunday that we still had a ways to go on our trip and my logical mind told me it would be dangerous to pick up those ducklings and not get them home for a couple hours.

AAAArgh! - Having a slow moving low pressure system straight over your head for the weekend is terrible! - But the ducks love it! There are freshly drilled holes everywhere!!!
