I don’t really know who’s laying what here.
i see our RIR in the nest laying everyday though. Shes usually in there when I’m letting them out.

Thank you my chicken dont like it very much, Im trying to habit them with fake eggs! They seem to love to make their eggs in the poop!

We're in line to get rain all this next week It's spring break for us, so it's gonna be a bummer! But today we got the rest of the posts and concrete mix for the run, and a metal livestock water trough for all the babies we have and will be getting this next week! It's about a foot longer and about 6" wider. So babies were doing flight races after being moved... sooo cute! I need to finish fixing the fenced yard area so my older dog can stay in there as she's starting to chase the chickens. she's going blind so she might be getting confused.

Momo, she was our barn cat but neighbor's cat had a ton of kittens and now they beat her up so she's my little psycho kitty inside... And she's super fat now!

Went to collect eggs and felt watched... Toasted watching me from the other side very closely.

that reminds me of when we brought our chicks up to the barn after they got too big for their brooder.
they were running around flapping their wings for hours.

I am not even sure what to call her . The hen that laid it is called Sapphire,

Her great grandmother is a white star, her great grandfather was a welsummer, her grandmother is a cream legbar and her father is a wheaten Maran so she has a fair number of breeds in her! Her mother (Smurf) is actually the one who lays the blue eggs.
