Well the Silkie chicks have grown up so much! They are now 4 weeks old and becoming HUGE!

I hatched some more silkie chicks a week ago as well and they are growing up into fluff balls! More chicks due soon!

Francis and the boys are doing well! Francis is actually going to his new home on Friday to live with a flock of ex battery hens.

In other news, my white gander (Walter) passed away on the 10th May. 😔 He was 44 years old and was only 5 years off of the world record. His partner (Emma) has been distraught and has done nothing except sit about all day since his death. They had been together for well over 30 years and had never been apart from each other.
