Thank you! I'm pretty excited about it too! So far one red ring, one not fertile, and one failure to thrive (was a double yoke and i missed it) 10 more still moving and grooving! YAY!

Got out and spent some time with the chickens.... my back is out of whack so i've been stuck inside. Today I didn't care... I needed out!

In this picture is: Mottled Javas (i got 3 girls and a boy, he's a jerk); Buff Orp; Light Brahma; Barred and Partridge Rock. At bottom is Partridge Cochin,Lakeshore Egger, and my fav EE I named her Toffee....she's the only one that looks this way.

In this picture are: Barred Rocks, Olive Egger (the big black and white on board), Light Brahma, Golden Comets, Blue Jerseys,and Australorps.

I'm thinking this one might be a girl? I'm just not sure on these guys yet.

Littles like making us think they are going to eat our feet plus he stepped on some food so it's totally his fault.

These two are friends, lil blue jersey and lil australorp.

another BR, i got three of those and 3 of the black and white OEs it gets confusing.

Toffee and our completely white EE which i'm naming Snow, it's still it as i'm just not sure on gender yet, and two of the Light Brahma...again not sure on sex.

the lone girl of the big ones....everyone else was hiding. Sundae says Hi! and the food is all hers now.

Good morning!

I thought I'd share some Chick Pics! These babies are 7 weeks old! I love my flock so much, some are kind of standoffish, unless I'm bringing their breakfast...lol! One of my RIR is super friendly like my Orpingtons! One of the Black Majesty Marans is starting to show some copper on the back of her neck, I'm thinking a throwback gene...can't wait to see how well she colors out, I wasn't able to get a good picture of her today!

Finally have a name for my Salmon Faverolle...Spazzy, trust me it fits...lol! Such a pretty little chick!

Pearl, roosting with her sisters...every bit as beautiful as Penny! She's harder to get a good picture of, but her colors are also amazing! I need to catch her in the sunshine!

Well I'm sitting here with no power and the fix time keeps getting moved. Two hours now with no power. Not sure how well the eggs are going to do... And more storms coming in a few hours.
