First of all warm thoughts to your husband for a successful surgeryMy first-ever chicks ship 18 April. And my husband has surgery for a torn meniscus the 21st. Cackle's website says three days, but I know from reading BYC posts that it sometimes takes longer.
I'm not asking for advice, just...y'all talk me down off the worry cliff, please? I've got the coop built, with some finishing touches yet to go, and I'm doing most of those myself, since DH is hobbling around and in pain.
Also: as much research as I've done (I'm talking years of research), I can't believe I have such jitters and lack of confidence with this! And they're not even HERE yet!
You’ll do great! They’re super easy the first few days and I don’t like to mess with them too much anywayMy first-ever chicks ship 18 April. And my husband has surgery for a torn meniscus the 21st. Cackle's website says three days, but I know from reading BYC posts that it sometimes takes longer.
