24 weeks and no eggs?

My DH heard the egg song in the middle of the afternoon. Thought something was trying to get the chickens (we have eagles and last couple of nights raccoons). When he went out, the girls just looked at him like, what's up? We searched the yard for eggs, but haven't found any so far. I keep the big girls locked in the coop the next day until noon to see if anyone was going to lay an egg...nothing yet.

Oh, well good luck, Buttercups been making some different noises today so maybe this is it!

Ok so we just expanded the nesting boxes (because I felt they were WAY to small) and hopefully they'll go check em out and we'll get some eggs. But for now we're still waiting

My Buff was the first to lay and she lays light, pinkish eggs. My Golden Comet layed the very next day. I was confused at first because the Golden Comet layed a dark copper colored egg. At the time I didn't know who was laying what and I stalked them until I figured it out. Mine seemed to start laying on a full moon, seriously. Today is a full moon so I would keep an eye out over the next couple days.
