I used to keep them up in my kitchen window and use them all year long when I lived in a dank and dark basement apartment.

i can definitely understand leaving them up where you are!!! and YES you should definitely turn them on today!!

I know what you mean! I ordered *everything* online this year, and early. I hate shopping!

The rain and wind knocked out the power and it's 14 degrees Celsius out today.... Wild. For these parts this time of year. Last week it was -14.
