28 week old Buff Orpington

28 weeks old today and showing no signs of laying anytime soon. Is this normal?

Every chicken is different. She will come into lay when she is ready.

Most of my pullets don't lay until around 6 mths old. I don't keep production breeds, they seem to start laying earlier.
