2yo light Brahma in trouble

Doesn't look like she's molting, not 'hard' anyway.
Toenail doesn't look and sound like it's to be of concern.

I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.
I checked her this afternoon and she was normal for her. Her poops have been HUGE over the last week or so and the consistency of pudding with a few grains of scratch (the BOSS was digested). No bumblefoot, no parasites, nothing I could find.

Withhold feed and water tonight, check crop first thing in the morning.
Only good chicken ration and plain water tomorrow,
then leave her confined until the next morning.

Did you check her belly for swelling?

What all and how exactly do you normally feed her?

Will do. The girls get their layer crumbles from two Grandpa’s Feeders, handfuls on the sand, or, like yesterday, they get a mix of crumbles and water from a rubber pan. We have an over abundance of predators, so the girls only get out into the yard when I’m with them. When they come back in, they get a small handful of scratch, BOSS, and a few meal worms that I throw into the sand.

She wasn’t noticeably swollen yesterday at bedtime, but I’ll check her again this morning.

She made it through the night but is in worse shape this morning. Her crop is a little harder than usual. Instead of just a small, hard knot, it’s about the size of a golf ball of sand. She pooped a little overnight and it looked normal, but then again, it could have been one of the other girls. I had to lift her off the roost this morning and when I put her on the floor in front of the waterer, she just limped into the dark nestbox to hide. Her face is dark red, her feathers are puffed up and she has to use her wings for balance. I’m going to try to feed her a scrambled egg in a few minutes, but I’ve already forewarned hubby that we will most likely have to euthanize her today. Why is it that the first to go is always the favorite? 😢

Sounds like an impacted crop.
1tsp of Coconut Oil melted into some crumble should help break it up with a bit of massage.

This is why it's good to crate them, so you know for sure what's going in and what's coming out.

It was something much more than just her crop. He coop this morning, I could see she was in a lot of pain and wasn’t going to eat or drink so I asked hubby to humanely euthanize her. 😭
