I agree. The middle one looks like a Silver Duckwing, silver leghorn or something but hen for sure.
Bottom is a cockerel, maybe a Hamburg cross or some sort of game cross?

From the second picture your second hen looks like a Phoenix.
old English Game Bantam hens make very sweet pets, as you've found out. They also make great broody mommies.

I do not think the cockerel looks like an Easter Egger AT ALL. That's the "easy answer" when people have no idea. *I have no idea*, but I will guaran-dam-tee you that's not an EE. Look how leggy he is!!! He looks to be a game mix of sorts. It'd be interesting to see an updated pic once he fills out some more.

2nd is a eaither a Yokohama or a Phoenix. silver duckwing as well
3rd looks to be mixed so a mutt(ee)
