3 day old chick with goopy eye

This chick is the runt of a banty hatch so really small and has one eye that keeps gooping shut. It doesn't look red or inflamed. I can't see any injury, never any blood. But it looks like puss gooping it shut.

I've been cleaning it once a day with warm water on a q-tip.

Any recommendations on what else to use?

If you don't have anything else try neosporin w/o pain relief you can also put it into the eye. Hope she gets over it.. maybe she did get a little peck and it's just not showing up very well.
