3 Day Old Chicks Dying -- WHAT IS THIS?!

Hi All!

So...after ordering hatching eggs and having a successful hatch, my chicks are dying. They have weak legs, stop eating and drinking, and are "gasping." This is what I found in one of my "healthy" chicks droppings....

Is this something that was eaten OR could this be culprit behind my dying chicks? Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I have the exact same thing with one of our chicks. She won't drink unless I am using a syringe but she is picking at her food. She won't put any weight on her legs and just wants to sleep lying on her side. Sometimes her eyes are open.
