White dust may be keratin which naturally sheds when chicks are growing in new feathers.

Chicks also love shiny things - so eyes are prone to be pecked at - do you have any shiny/silver tape you can apply to the walls of your brooder to distract them?

Chicks got dandruff maybe hehehe
NORMAL more likely air dust , bedding dust or their own dust

Thank you for your suggestion! That seems like a tough problem to have as a 3 day old!!!

I will see if I have some tape like that

4 of the 8 are mine and 4 belong to a friend who will be home on Sunday. I don’t want anything to happen to whatever 4 are my me or hers!!

So nice to have people to reach out to at 11:30 pm scratching my head and to decide if I can go to bed!!!
