No it won't over heat the eggs but the moms will likely fight over chicks. You need to break 1 or 2 of their broodiness

One is out the box with the first one that hatched the other day. So goes back to the box but the chick follows only her. The other two are still broody. It's a really staggered hatching so I guess this is a good thing.
