3 Week old baby chick-legs will not support

I am helping out a friend to try to baby chick better as she didn't have time to Dr it. It's legs go straight back and they will not support the chick. It is eating and drinking and pooping just fine. I think it may have gotten injured somehow, it was with 3 others. I know vitamins may be recommended, any thoughts. Then if it doesn't get better soon, I will have to cull it. thanks in advance.

Look for human B complex vitamins and give 1/2 tablet daily orally or crush it in food. A small wine glass or padded cup may be good to stand the chick in to get balance and strengthen leg muscles. I would consider making a chicken sling for periods throughout the day, and put food and water directly in front. Here are some examples, especially post 5, 11-14:
