3 week old light brahma growing in funky looking feathers

Hope this goes here, but we have a light brahma chick, roughly 3ish weeks old, maybe closer to 4 that has some weird, strange, looking feathers coming in. Out of the 5 we have she's the only one. So not sure if she is just genetic or maybe missing something?

Feeding Dumor chick starter. Fresh water often, in with Oliver eggers and siblings in brooder. We watch them frequently and no issues.
