3 week old speckled Sussex pullet?

I am wanting to know the if this 3 week and one day old supposed to be pullet is really a pullet.

i think the combs kind of big to be a pullet

Wrong eye color for SS I think. Are legs white-pink?

Yes the legs are pale pink color

I have older Speckled Sussex and when they were little their eyes were this blue grey color...but when they get older they changed to a greenish hazel color

From the first shot, it looks like a little roo to me.

I have to say for 3 weeks it is a boy!....(imo) below is my SS roo and hen at 5 1/2 months....

Both the comb and all the white in the chest point towards cockerel.
