3 year old hen is unable to stand and won't eat or drink

We’re gonna need a lot more info than that. Breed? Laying? What do you feed? Other symptoms displayed by bird in question / other birds in the flock? What’s the temperature where you are and how’s your ventilation? Any new birds introduced to the flock lately?
