~30 week old white egg layer, what breed is this?

We got this hen along with 5 others on March 8th when they looked about a week old, as a chick we thought she was a black Australorp until she grew up and laid a white egg. Since then we've assumed she was a Minorca due to her white ear lobes, however, my family is new to having chickens and still aren't 100% certain what she is. She has always been the slimmest bird of the group, and easily the strongest flyer. I'll leave some pictures, and also one of her as a chick if that helps at all (sorry for the bad angle).
