32 dead Muscovy Ducklings

Well set 32 duck eggs march 18 and 24 and then had yet to hatch by this evening..I took them out of the bator..cracked a couple open. All were dead fully formed chicks, my rouen eggs hatched beautifully and so did my geese! Any ideas?
