Congrats. Those BBS take a while to hatch. My buffs always are out running around a day before the blues, I dont get it. At least they hatch though.

7 BBS pipped, 2 out, 3 quiet

1 Buff zipping over halfway now, 7 out - woot! All 8 made it to hatch!!! I think this last one will be out in the next hour. Thank you for these strong babies, Jody! I have had so many failures and eggs fritter out near the end. I have needed this hatch to be awesome!

Number 8 did its magic. All 8 of Jody's buff orp eggs that made it to Day 18 have hatched.

8 BBS are pipped. 2 are out. 2 are still quiet.

I had to pen the bator against my will. 2 of the buff orps would not leave the 2nd BBS alone. The kept grabbing it by the toes and pulling it and the baby was peeping and flopping, still wet. So I took them out.
