I use a flash light and small whistles to try and get a rise or response in hatching chicks that are resting. Honestly that egg looks terribly dirty... bacteria can be problematic. I would suggest setting cleaner eggs next time. Please, what day are you on and did you have others hatch already? How many still left to hatch? Where is your humidity? @WVduckchick always a welcome support!
