38 Hours since first pip - nothing since - starting to worry!

Update: I came home for lunch and the little guy is still active. Appears to be chewing and chattering his little beak. Is that a sign that he is still absorbing the yolk? Current photo is attached. 59 hours since first pip.

I candled the other 3 which were all doing great about 10 days ago. Now there doesnt appear to be any movement. One looks like it may have internally pipped but he's not moving. Photo attached. I have videos but they are too large to upload. Drat!

Sorry for rushed words during my brief break. Any thoughts and advice are appreciated, thank you thank you thank you!!

Second photo looks like it pipped internally. (I get nervous when they don’t move and put an air hole at the very top. But please don’t be me I suggest listening more experienced voices of reason) The other one I can’t tell if that is a foot by it’s head or a wing. But I would guess by the chewing it is still absorbing the yolk.
Hi Knighstar! That his little beak. I'm back at work and hoping someine will tell me what to do with the internal pipper by the time I get home. Thanks for your thoughts!!
