He'll be home in about a half an hour!
His favorite cake is Red Velvet cake that his Mom makes every year for Christmas morning since he was little.
I have never made it before because the recipe is slightly complicated. I decided this morning that I was going to wing it and try my best and surprise him with a red cake.
Well.... I had no red food coloring. So I made green cake. Pea soup green cake. I just wanna curl up and cry. I am so embarassed and I have no time to make him anything else. It tastes fine but looks horrible!
God I hope he doesn't take one look at it and puke!
The whole time I was making it I was either dying laughing or tearing up in frustration.
