4-5 day old chick wings down, listless Help!?

We got 16 RIR chicks Wednesday and all are fine except for one female who stays in the center of the coconut fiber nest I made them, under the heat lamp. Her wings hang down instead of being tucked and she just stands there with her eyes shut all the time. Eats and drinks a nibble or a sip, nothing like the others.

I'm not sure if she should be isolated or not.

Any ideas?

Try some vitamins or electrolytes in the water.

POLYVISOL childrens vitamin in H20, and try a little sugar in the water too. Good Luck

Just make sure the Polyvisol is WITHOUT iron.
