A vet is not an option?

the vet is at least a 45 minute drive, and they don't work with poultry. I did get some antiseptic+ anti fungal spray from my friend today, i'm hoping it will work
Can you post a few clear photos today?

I'm wondering if it's something common in Austria that us North Americans don't know about :hmm

It is hard to know for sure without seeing a vet, but I would treat for a fungal infection or vent gleet. I would get some nystatin and give it orally, and also put an antifungal cream on the vent and below after cleaning it daily. Miconazole or clotrimazole are common creams for that, and you may have something similar.
