4 week old chicks. Roos or hens? Breeds?

The color of the egg could help narrow down the breed, if you remember which eggs went with each chick
I don’t remember, dispatch had eggs that were white to medium brown and then a couple of blue eggs too

Got it. They shouldn't bother the rooster till their comb is fully developed, from my experience. Will you be back before they are 3 months old?
I was more worried about my four month old rooster, bothering the chicks. he’s been chasing them a little bit this week. Yes we will be back before they are 3 months. we will only be gone a few days

no.4 is a barred breed. Males tend to have pale heads and black stripes on white, whereas females have dark heads and white stripes in black.

Ok, thanks! I compared #4 with #1 which also has a pee comb and #4 definitely has a bigger comb. The farm I got the eggs from have a lot of different breeds. I do know he has some Ameraucana, Easter Eggers, Rhode Island Red, Production Red, marans, welsummer, orpington, speckled Sussex, Wyandotte, cinnamon queen, barred rock, austra white, etc
Okay, here are my best guesses as to breed.
1. You said she has a pea comb, so likely an Easter Egger mix.
2. I can’t tell what kind of comb this one has, but she’s got green legs, so I’m guessing another EE mix.
3. This one has slate legs and what looks like a pea comb, so probably either Ameraucana or EE mix
4. Definitely an EE mix
5. This one could be a multitude of things. I’m guessing production red or Austra White mix.
6. Production red or Cinnamon Queen mix. They’re essentially the same thing.
7. Could be Columbian Wyandotte mix? He looks like he has the columbian feather pattern but a single comb.
8. Probably the same as number five.

These are by no means absolutely correct. In fact, I would not be surprised if I was wrong about most of them. It’s a lot of fun trying to guess mixed breeds, though, and yours are quite cute.

Here they are at six weeks old. They are in the same order as the first post

You have five pullets, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, and three cockerels, 4, 7, and 8. The first four have pea combs, and the last four have single combs.
