4 wk old chick pecked by other chicks

The feathers will grow back perfectly. I've been through this twice now.

I have a chick that was being picked on (she is much smaller than the others) and while I initially had her separated, when we moved them out to the coop I decided to let her go in with the ones that were nice to her and have kept back the three "bullies" in the house. I am planning to introduce the bullies one at a time over the next few days and see if the time in "isolation" has helped their attitude at all. I also have a screen set up in one corner of the coop with food and water behind it. We have it propped up so that only she can fit behind it so that if she feels threatened/isn't getting enough food she has somewhere to go. Good luck!

Here is a picture of the little one we now call Sweetpea. Can anyone tell by looking at how bad her head is, if she will grow feathers back?
