40 Minute Hamburger Buns or Rolls

Ok then, I made them. They are pretty tasty. I think they would be better if left to rise an hour or so but if you don't have an hour this is certainly a way to go.

The only departures from the original post is that I mixed them in a mixer for about six minutes, rounded the dough up and let sit on the counter for 5-6 minutes while I washed the mixer. Divided the dough into 16 pieces. Started in a cold oven set for 425. From start to taking them out of the oven took about an hour.

Yeah, I agree bread that you take your time with is always better but it's nice to have a recipe like this for emergencies.
