Here is another use for these rolls....
Baked Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
3/4 stick butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 recipe of 40 minute rolls...(make them small...about 15 rolls... otherwise the bread will overwhelm all the melted goodness)
15 slices honey baked ham...(thinly sliced...quickly sauted, steak is good too)
15 slices Provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in a saucepan and then add the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
Brush the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with some of the glaze mixture. Cut the rolls in half horizontally and brush the inside of each roll with the glaze.
Add a piece of ham and a slice of cheese to each roll. Place the tops on the rolls and place in baking dish. Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining glaze.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 oven for about 25 minutes.
