4th Annual BYC NYD Hatch-a-long

I went to the ER and am a million pages behind. Hope I didn't miss anything exciting. The ER was horrible...packed full of sick people (mostly flu) took hours, i had to take my 2 and 4 year old for a doc to stand 3 feet away as he looked at my throat, didn't even bother to feel my lymphnodes, nurse did a strep swab which was negative and they sent me home with lidocaine. It doesn't remotely help the pain because the pain isn't superficial its my lymphnodes. So irritated. Soooo I think more chicks would cheer me up!
Aww Im so sorry, ER's can really suck. We have a pretty neat hospital here but the ER is horrible , they just really suck , I have had my sons dr have to come admit him herself becuase the er people thought he had a cold. I went in with severe chest pain once and the doc walked in withought any examinaition handed me a paper bag and said I was haveing a panic attack and that I should go home and drink some tea and go back to bed. -.- I had to have sugrey a week later after another ER doc finnaly listend to me and they found out I needed surgery

Awesome. Was contemplating getting some SP Rocks, congrats on your babies.
I really like the SPs. I have two boys that are about 4 months old and very fun birds. Full of personality but gentle. They actually 'knocked' on the front door this am because I was tardy getting the treats out to them and they follow me around the yard. I was watching the babies hatch! When I got the eggs for the NYD hatch, I picked up two 1 month old babies that are looking like girls. They are also sweet and calm. Can't wait to see how these turn out!
