GAH!!! Post Office WHY YOU HATE ME?!!?!?!? I have 4 boxes of eggs due to arrive TODAY! Tracking number online says there are 2 out for delivery but post man ALREADY CAME!! Brought me junk mail :'(

Will they still come today?! Am I doomed to stand on the brink of excitement looking out over the precipice of DOOM!? WHYYYYYYYYYYY!!??!??

My lone Silkie snuck up my sleeve and I forgot...went to set my arm down and squished her a little. Oops. I thought that arm was feeling a little hotter than normal.

Nope, That happened to someone I sent eggs to last week, Showed out for delivery on a Saturday, she waited nothing, then out of nowhere it said they left a receipt in box, that they tried to deliver.....now wait for 8 pm. Where in the US does a mail person deliver mail on a Saturday at 8PM, plus it showed out for delivery at 9am, so not only was it late at night, they were delivering mail on a Saturday for nearly 12 hours

Our mail person did a second turn of the route last weekend due to all the packages. She couldn't fit them all in her car. So hopefully your eggs are still on the way!

we have lots of growing duck eggs and lots of growing goose eggs set, looking forward to adding the chicken eggs finally.

When I use the mini mag I don't necessarily see the embryo or veins all the time so I look for the shadow that develops as well. I can always see that.

But do you just shine the light behind the egg and look through the front, or do you shine it down a tp roll tube or ?? I've never candled an egg before so ... this is all new to me!
