Ok, so I have a question... I set more eggs on the 23rd... what do I do about humidity.... I don't want to cause a problem with water accumulating in the eggs that I set 6 days ago... but I don't want my lock down eggs to be shrink wrapped.... what should my humidity be at???

JessieY, the safe zone for incubation is 50-55% humidity with 55 being ideal from what I understand. For lock down the safe zone goes from 60-65% with 65% being ideal. If you are somewhere in between I think you might be safe. Once all your others are hatched and dried, get them out and level off the humidity again to accomidate the other eggs. I am sure they can survive with a few days of higher humidity. Some people might even suggest running a full 34 hours below 30% to compensate. This is not proven but simply based on a lot of research and opinions from lots of veteran BYC members and threads. Hope that helps!
