It is a prolapse, but many things can cause it... coccidiosis, a bacterial infection, constipation, etc. Can you take it to a vet? If not, what antibiotics do you have?
Unfortunately, the chick died last night. Not really sure what happened to it. All the other chicks are doing great and show no signs of this problem...
