I noticed our 5 mo bluebell egger in the corner of the run yesterday, with her wings down and tail down. She’s a spitfire so I knew something was off. She was normal this morning eating eggs and snacks and drinking water, this pm she was back to her quiet ways. Gave her an epsom salt warm bath and this is what we found. I think it is an egg that didn’t form right or it was shell-less. What do we do?! Do we slowly help remove it?!

She lays a nice faint blue egg - making me this this is a broken egg of sorts! It’s been 3 days since she laid a normal one.

Can you retry to post a picture? What does it look like? The picture that you just posted looks like a collapsed egg membrane. Can you give her a human calcium tablet with D3 or Tums?

I can pick some up tonight - is there any kind specifically? Should we gently help remove it? She’s only laid a total of 4 eggs in her short little life so far, my heart hurts that she’s feeling down right now!!
