5 month old Bantam chickens - hen or rooster?

Having trouble identifying this little bantam. Roughly 5 months old. Any ideas if I have a hen or a rooster?

his stance is the first clue, but his hackle feathers ( the feathers around his neck ) are also pointed

X2 and I will add on that it looks like there are saddle feathers coming in as well.
