5 to 6 week old chick living inside still

I spare chickens with my mother in law . See has a 5 to 6 week old chick living inside still. I don't think this is right or any good for the chick . Is it time to put the chick outside veiw please

and, this response is a little late it seems, but depending on the weather, it it perfectly acceptable to move them outside at that age. As long as they have a secure, predator proof place, away from older hens that they can stay, they will be fine.

As long as it's warm enough and the chick has some feathers it should be okay. If it's chilly out still you may need a heat lamp (in or outdoors).

Lordy lol I often misspell words when typing. I'm not the best typer and I don't proof read before hitting submit! It doesn't help that often I have a cat in my lap supporting my iPad and a dog on one side trying to sniff the cat and they are both jiggling the iPad.:lol:
