5 week old Wyandotte pullet or roo?

I say cockerel only because my Columbian Wyandotte did not start turning reddish in the comb until way later. However, she’s 36+ weeks and hasn’t laid yet so what do I know?! :idunno

Comb and wattles still aren't giving anything away. Wyandottes are hard sometimes.

I still say cockerel due to the white across the wings. Update us again in 2 weeks. Hopefully there are still no changes, haha.
Thanks! Is there an age where it becomes obvious? Or do I wait until I see an egg or hear it crow 😬😂

By 12-14 weeks it should be pretty obvious. The next few weeks should really be telling. Wyandottes are just usually slower to show their sex sometimes.

I think its to early to tell yet. I have a brlw hatched in march. It took forever for him to show he was a Cockrel.. he still doesn't have alit of saddle feathers.. but waddled and the crowing for the past 4 weeks have given it away. Pic below... 20201110_163900.jpg
