Two of my Mottled bantam Cochin's are pipping

I think they aren't supposed to hatch until tomorrow, not sure that was a hectic week with the show and all and I didn't write it down. Send me good hatching vibes. I got lucky on the Thanksgiving cooking thing, driving down to my sisters house and I am in charge of appetizers, easy pesy, spinach dip and tostitos, veggie tray and a meat tray. I will be making the spinach dip.

Don't hate me, but I WILL be bidding against you....Jus Kiddin! But they do look very nice. I like the cushion on the girl on the left and lots of breast flowers on the one on the right. Yup, they're pretty sweet. My best typed MF Cochin girl is watching TV with us currently. Normally I'm not a fan of inside chickens, but this one has been having leg problems and I think her Roo is making things worse, so she's 'on break'.

The 3rd eggs was fertile, so I will incubate and see what happens!

look for a "bulls eye" in the yolk. its a small white circle. dont give up if u cant find it when u crack it up. flip the yolk because it could be on the other side

11-27-13 I am hatching today, so far 4 lavender Orpingtons 1 black orp, 1 blue orp, and 2 splash orps, I have 1 lavender egg not pipped yet and 1 bbs not pipped yet , 1 infertial and 1 black orp pipped early and died in shell yesterday. Thanks to the GARY FARM for the 12 great eggs they sent me in the mail.

I will join the hatch along and set more eggs on the 11th of dec. I have some black copper marans now and they are laying so I will set them and some old stand by layers, leghorns. I love my leghorns, they are old faithful, giving me an egg a day.

Steve, congratulations! I:/ need to tell you, I have 'splash envy', I hatch year round and have yet to hatch a splash Orp. And.... Uh, pics! -or it didn't happen. :/

OK here is a pic. The splash and the lavender look the same in the pic but the splash have more spotting and the lavenders are more solid. e
I edited my original post so the date of setting hatch along eggs read 11th not the 12th.
