~2 Japanese bantams
~2 OE crosses

Very Nice!Current tally... 2 out (look like probably roos - but that's just ducky!) Five or more pips. Hard to be sure, because the two early birds are climbing all over & rolling things around between naps. They have 'greeted' the pip with the pea-sized hole, not sure if it was social or pecking at the membrane.
Going to set up a temporary brooder & get them out of there in a few minutes. Not going to transfer two chicks to the greenhouse brooder tonight, it's supposed to get to 17 degrees and it's a bit of a walk. But that means opening... *shudder*
