5th leg injury

My chicken has now injured the same leg for the 5th time. She cannot walk on it. She is holding the leg close to her chest. The recovery time gets longer. I have her separated in a crate in the house. She is eating, drinking and continues to lay eggs. Im giving her bcomplex and arnica. Epsom salt soaks. Not sure what else to do but Im not ready to part with her. Any other suggestions?

Do you have any idea how she is injuring herself? How high is the perch, and is the coop floor well padded with bedding?

She has been in a house by herself during rehab periods and most recently most od the summer and 2 weeks ago she appeared better and went back to sleep with her crew -in a house with ramps we built her but maybe we will have to make a new lower area for her to sleep. Floor is dirt and chips and soft. Not sure how she reinjured it.
