6 week old chick seems sick not sure .

I have a six week old that in the last two days hasn;t been moving around like the others, keeps head pulled in, will sit in your hand ,or just stands there and every now and then shakes it's head. Not sure what to do . I need some help iding the issue ? Thank you for your help. Jeff
