Dang right!

I would like to nominate him for the "Most difficulties overcome to get eggs set on Dec 11th" award! You know, after such a contest is created, of course!

Good one!

Ty
Ty Ron I'm gonna upgrade soon well not real soon I need a vehicle upgrade first.

I keep my incubators in a large closet with a small space heater. The heater has a thermostat so it keeps the room a constant temperature.

That should help for now.
I set 8 eggs for my neighbor this evening. I am wanting to get some more from another neighbor tomorrow. Can those still count toward the hatch-a-long?

I have added you to the list!

Here at my house, it's interesting to see that different people will just take their shoes off to walk around my home. No mud room, so if it's been raining/snowing..some will, some don't. Some will even if it's been nice out. :)

Rule #1 if you walk into her house you better take your shoes/boots off!!!! She has a sign on the door in 9 languages asking please take your shoes off. Polish,German ,Russian,Spanish,English,Japanese,Hebrew,Korean & Italian. The funny part is she let's me raise my chicks in the living room. I wonder which one makes less mess? Lol

Hi peeps! The thirteen eggs i put in my mini adv. started to hatch Tuesday night. Out of the thirteen eggs that went in 9 hatched. 2 were from a new layer and weren't even fertile so tectonically 9 out of 11 hatched. Is anyone wanting a Silkier or a Sizzle chick? Three of them have giant domes. There is a really neat one that is white color with black stripes on its back, this is a first for me. My parts came in for my DIY incubator but i still did not get it finished for the New Years hatch along so i improvised. I ordered a 12 dc incukit to use for a brooder but in the last moments i gr

abed a medical cool or and used it as a incubator. I have never tried to build an incubator and hope i get A good hatch rate out of these. Temps are staying at 99.5 and only varying +-.5 degree.I'm just not sure about the humidity so i am going to wing it. Every persons answer is different.
