Cold this morning in Ceres California in the twentys white everywhere.....I've been sick with a gold very behind on reading here.

And when i woke up this morning it had progressed a tad.

12.31.14 5 black Auracanas mutts are hatched, yellow one was hatched 12.30.14, 4+ pending. Still no silkies......

2015 Nothing, zilch, nada, goose egg. I will give them 3 days more and out to the trash, sigh. I wanted another silkie. Have a great day. Will check in if there is any activity.

Happy New Year! No chicks here just a couple of pips. Lots of cheeping going on. Having a hard time not hovering over the bator.

Still no power and It's 29 outside. I put bags of hot water in the bator and brooder to keep the temps up. It's maintaining 93 so far.

Power came back on just after 4 am. I still had 4 pips and 2 no shows in the bator once the temps came back up. I woke up this morning to one chick and a zip but I'm worried that one of the pips gave up.

The wrong end pipper from earlier was covered in yellow goo and blood and I didn't think it would make it through the night but its strength steadily increased and it looks real good this morning. It has a leg deformity though. The right leg points to the left and slightly behind the left leg. Is there a way to straighten the leg and get it pointing in the right direction?
