What breeds do they have?

I really don't know . I was planning on going there Saturday. They grow all there produce and they have a big barn in the back with chickens roosters and Llamas

I love hatching eggs. I was hooked when I candle them for the first time. Seeing that little chick moving around in the egg truly amazing .

Check with them because not all TJs have fertile eggs.

I hatched out three from a dozen a couple of year ago. They were very cute whit leghorns. Others have hatched out Austra Whites recently so they may be using a different breed now.

I couldn't find anything on the trader jo's website about the hatching eggs, the website is confusing so I think that I might go the old fasiond way and write a letter, or maybe call there sometime soon

Ask for fertile eggs. They do not call them hatching eggs. There is an interesting article on BYC about them:

I love hatching eggs. I was hooked when I candle them for the first time. Seeing that little chick moving around in the egg truly amazing .

My first candling experience was when I knew I was well and truly hooked as well. It is just so amazing seeing that tiny little embryo dancing and bobbing around.
