I will be setting some Naked Necks and Easter Eggers and Green Egger Naked Neck and crossbreed eggs.

LOL Ronott. Is it okay if I reuse that pic? I know my family will get a kick out of it when I post pics of our new ones in the next week or two. If most of what we have in the bators right now hatches, we're going to be drowning in ducklings a couple of weeks from now!

trying to find fertile eggs that arent a bazillion miles away who woulda thought a couple eggs would be so hard to find here

Sounds like a great mix of egg layers!

Oh, and Dual purpose for meat with the naked necks.

Me arriving w/ co-conspirator just as DH is bringing in the mail.

DH trying to deal w/ it politely," can I help you carry that."

Me "ah, it is kinda heavy, you got to hold the bottom" (of the large paper grocery stack full of cartons of eggs)

DH taking the bag, "wow, that isn't just a dozen eggs"

Me," ah yah, the other woman was able to meet, so its eggs from 2 ppl" (big grin)

DH " this bag is really FULL"

Me , "ah yah, of course the one person wants 50% of what hatches from her eggs!"

DH looking into bag "ah, ha...."

me "& of course half of the rest are for Amy for her new homestead" (grin again, thinking don't ask , don't ask, there are NINTY-SIX eggs in the bag, you don't need to know) , "so how were things here? Did the pig stay in the pen today?? (in a bright hopeful tone)"...

96 Hatching eggs people!! (plus 8 saved from my eggs, plus some ?# duck eggs, plus maybe 4-6 from the birds I gave Amy's parents)

I think perhaps I need a 3rd incubator, rather than a new auto turner...what do ya'll think?

I'm thinking you need a 3rd incubator. You got lucky, my DH would have asked.

I have not ordered eggs for months! It felt weird. Now, I have some on the way for this hatch a long. Glad I don't have to worry about cold cold weather this yr. like last. it's been in the high 50's, and will stay near the 50's for around 5 more days. If my eggs are on time, I won't have to worry about the cold...like this.
