I can not keep up with this thread! I occasionally start at the end and read backward for a half dozen pages, but then I'm more confused than ever but I can't seem to find a good starting point to read FORWARD!

My eggs didn't go in until 9:30 at night because I had to work late, so my lockdown starts after dinner tonight. I had 66 in and removed three at the first candling. ... gosh I sure hope my buyers don't back out on me or I will have to make a brooder in the bathtub! All four of my brooders are full! I will candle again when I lock them down.

Is there any real true data on hatching them in trays as opposed to laying them down?

lockdown for my chicken hatching eggs today next three days could have baby chickens! 70% (after I halved papertowel)humidity, 99.5 temp, all eggs candled and wiggling and developing yesterday evening! things looking good for my DIY incubator
